User Data Deletion Instructions
TIMG Social Publisher only connects to social media accounts owned by TIMG Lighting. If you connected an account and want its data removed, you can do either of the following.
Option 1: remove the app yourself
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find TIMG Social Publisher and click Remove.
This immediately revokes the app's access. The access tokens and account data we hold for that account are then deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: ask us to delete it
Email info@lighting-timg.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the account. We will delete all data associated with it within 30 days and confirm by email.
