Privacy Policy
TIMG Social Publisher is an internal tool that TIMG Lighting uses to schedule and publish content to the social media accounts that TIMG Lighting itself owns and manages. It is not offered to the public or to other businesses.
Information we access
When an administrator of TIMG Lighting connects one of the company's accounts (for example a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account), the tool receives, through the platform's official login and permission flow:
- the basic profile of the connected account (name, ID, profile picture);
- access tokens that allow it to publish and manage posts on those accounts;
- the content we publish and basic performance statistics for it (for example views and engagement).
How we use it
This information is used only to publish TIMG Lighting's own marketing content, to show whether each post was published, and to report on how it performed. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on a server controlled by TIMG Lighting. Access tokens are kept only for as long as the account stays connected.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting an account, or removing the app in the platform's settings, stops all access. Stored tokens and account data are deleted within 30 days. See our data deletion instructions.
